HOW TO USE THE FIRMING SERUM

MET 5% VITAMIN C COMPLEX

Cleanse your face and apply a few drops of serum. Gently massage it in until fully absorbed, then apply your day cream. Use the serum once a day, preferably in the morning, to protect your skin from everyday stressors. Then use the WONDR SPF stick for extra sun protection. What is the return policy?

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact hello@wondr.care and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Delivery time & shipping costs

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

  • Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
  • For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.
I need help with my discount code

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

What is the warranty policy?

We do our best to give you top-quality products. Still, a product can occasionally get damaged in transit, or something can go wrong during production.

For our physical products we follow the 2-year legal warranty. This period starts on the day of delivery, so please keep your delivery note or your parcel tracking information.

Can I still change my order after payment?

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to change an order once it has been placed. Orders are sent straight to the warehouse, which packs the parcels as quickly as possible. If you would still like to change something, please contact hello@planetb.be

Wat doet 5% Vitamine C Complex voor mijn huid?

Vitamine C is een krachtig antioxidant dat de huid beschermt tegen vrije radicalen, de aanmaak van collageen stimuleert en de huidskleur egaler maakt. 5% is de ideale concentratie voor zichtbaar resultaat zonder irritatie.

Hoe snel zie ik resultaat met het Firming Serum?

Bij dagelijks gebruik merk je na 3 tot 4 weken een zichtbaar stralendere en stevigere huid. Voor optimale resultaten gebruik je het serum consequent als onderdeel van je dagelijkse routine.

Kan ik het Firming Serum combineren met zonnecrème?

Absoluut. Breng 's ochtends het serum aan, laat intrekken en bescherm je huid daarna met de WONDR Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30. Vitamine C en SPF zijn een krachtig duo tegen huidveroudering.

Is het Firming Serum geschikt voor alle huidtypes?

Ja, het serum is geschikt voor alle huidtypes. Vrij van parabenen, sulfaten en siliconen. Bij een zeer gevoelige huid raden we aan om eerst een patch test te doen.
