You can pay for your online order in several secure ways. Currently you can pay with:

• Google Pay
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay)
• Pay later with Klarna
• Bancontact
• iDeal (Netherlands)

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

• Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
• For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact hello@wondr.care and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Sorry to hear that, and apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact hello@planetb.be about this. Leave your details there (address, photo of the problem) and let us know whether you would like to receive the product again or return it and get your money back.

We do our best to give you top-quality products. Still, a product can occasionally get damaged in transit, or something can go wrong during production.

For our physical products we follow the 2-year legal warranty. This period starts on the day of delivery, so please keep your delivery note or your parcel tracking information.

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to change an order once it has been placed. Orders are sent straight to the warehouse, which packs the parcels as quickly as possible. If you would still like to change something, please contact hello@planetb.be

Zo maak je je toilet in een handomdraai weer stralend proper:

1. Spoel het toilet eerst door.
2. Strooi het poeder rondom en geef het even de tijd om in te werken.
3. Borstel de pot tot de kleur verandert en spoel door.

Dit hangt af van persoon tot persoon, maar met één verpakking kan je je toilet tot wel ±42 keer reinigen bij gemiddeld 4 gram per gebruik! Je hebt ongeveer een bodempje nodig in de dop (4g) per reiniging. Wil je een serieuze dieptereiniging, gebruik dan een dubbele dosis (8g).

Nee, deze toiletreiniger bevat geen bleekwater. In plaats van agressieve chemicaliën maakt dit product gebruik van een probiotische formule met natuurlijke ingrediënten.

De probiotica in de toiletreiniger zijn eigenlijk goede bacteriën die het zware werk voor je doen.

Wanneer je poetst, plakken deze bacteriën zich vast aan het vuil en maken ze speciale stoffen aan die het vuil afbreken tot hele kleine deeltjes. Deze deeltjes gebruiken ze vervolgens als voedsel, waardoor het vuil letterlijk wordt verteerd.

Het grote voordeel is dat deze goede bacteriën nog dagenlang blijven doorwerken nadat jij al klaar bent met schoonmaken. Hierdoor wordt het toilet tot diep in de poriën gereinigd en worden nare geurtjes langdurig afgebroken in plaats van alleen gemaskeerd.
