1. Wet both your body and the bar thoroughly.
2. Massage the bar over your body, from chin to toe – one pass over each area is definitely enough for a healthy glow.

What is the return policy?

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact hello@wondr.care and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

Sorry to hear that, and apologies for the inconvenience. Please contact hello@planetb.be about this. Leave your details there (address, photo of the problem) and let us know whether you would like to receive the product again or return it and get your money back.

Delivery time & shipping costs

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

  • Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
  • For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.
I need help with my discount code

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

What is the warranty policy?

We do our best to give you top-quality products. Still, a product can occasionally get damaged in transit, or something can go wrong during production.

For our physical products we follow the 2-year legal warranty. This period starts on the day of delivery, so please keep your delivery note or your parcel tracking information.

Can I still change my order after payment?

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to change an order once it has been placed. Orders are sent straight to the warehouse, which packs the parcels as quickly as possible. If you would still like to change something, please contact hello@planetb.be

Hoe gebruik ik de Energizing Ginger Scrub Bar?

Wrijf de natte scrub bar in cirkelbewegingen over je huid voor een zachte exfoliatie. Spoel daarna goed af. Gebruik 2 à 3 keer per week voor de beste resultaten.

Wat doet gember voor mijn huid?

Gemberextract heeft een stimulerende werking op de doorbloeding en geeft je huid een energieke boost. Perfect om je ochtend fris en wakker te starten.

Is de scrub bar geschikt voor gevoelige huid?

De Energizing Ginger Scrub Bar heeft een lichte tot medium scrubintensiteit. Bij zeer gevoelige of geïrriteerde huid raden we aan om de scrub minder frequent te gebruiken of eerst een patch test te doen.

Hoe lang gaat de Ginger Scrub Bar mee?

Bij gebruik van 2 à 3 keer per week gaat de bar gemiddeld 4 tot 6 weken mee. Bewaar hem droog op een houder voor maximale levensduur.

Is de Ginger Scrub Bar ook een douchegel?

Ja! De scrub bar reinigt en exfolieert tegelijk. Je hebt dus geen aparte douchegel meer nodig — één bar voor een frisse, gladde huid.
